On June 13th, 2013 at the Philippine Center in San Francisco the Latitude Longitude Conference, A Closer Look at the Philippines was held. One of the panels at the event was, Demystifying the Philippines!
The Philippines was once the Pearl of the Orient only to be surpassed by its Asian neighbors in the 1980s and 1990s. Fast forward, the country has regained its luster and is viewed by some as Asia’s best kept secret and a gateway to the ASEAN.
